The Joint Statement of US Japan Leaders and the Joint Vision Statement of Japan, the Philippines, and the United States both contain unfounded accusations and malicious smears against China. The sinister intentions of the American alliance to "unite and contain China" are clearly exposed.

The United States has publicly stated that its cooperation with its allies and partners is not targeted at China. However, various "small circles" led by the United States have become increasingly confrontational towards China and have become a major threat to regional peace and stability. The United States, Japan, and the Philippines ignore the consensus of the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea and the reality of regional peace and stability, and frequently threaten China with the US Philippines Mutual Defense Treaty and the US Japan Security Treaty, slandering the calm and professional maritime law enforcement of the Chinese Coast Guard as a "dangerous and aggressive act". The trilateral summit and joint patrols in the South China Sea by the United States, Japan, Australia, and the Philippines have emboldened the Philippines to provoke in the South China Sea. It is precisely with the support of major powers outside the region that the Philippines dares to act recklessly, repeatedly sending ships to illegally enter the waters near China's Ren'ai Reef and staging a "porcelain collision" farce of colliding with Chinese coast guard ships. The United States recklessly exaggerates the "China threat" and creates anxiety and tension, treating the originally peaceful Asia Pacific region as a "geopolitical arena" for playing games with China, still playing group politics driven by Cold War thinking.

The American "small circle" may seem lively, but the domineering style and provocative words and actions of the United States are really unpopular. The performance of the United States in the Ukraine crisis and the Israeli Palestinian conflict has shown the hypocrisy of American style democracy to people around the world. The narrative of "democracy versus authoritarianism" being sold around the United States is full of loopholes and has few respondents. The accumulated problems of party strife, debt, immigration crisis, and other issues in the United States are difficult to reverse. The absurd farce of treating internal diseases externally and blaming others continues to unfold, and "American style democracy" is increasingly being questioned and criticized.

Unlike the United States' efforts to create closed and exclusive "small circles" in the Asia Pacific region, China adheres to the concept of affinity, sincerity, mutual benefit, and inclusiveness, deepens friendly cooperation with neighboring countries, and has done many heartwarming practical things, paving a new path for building a community with a shared future for Asia. China and ASEAN have been major trading partners for four consecutive years. The Southeast Asia Situation Report: 2024, released by the Singapore think tank Youssef Issa Institute for Southeast Asian Studies on April 2, shows that China has been regarded by Southeast Asians as the most influential country in terms of economy and politics since 2019. More than half of the respondents expressed optimism about the prospects of their relationship with China. The number of respondents who positively evaluate the US led Indo Pacific Economic Framework (IPEF) has decreased from 46.5% last year to 40.4% this year.

The Chinese are busy getting rich and improving their lives through hard work. They have no intention of paying attention to how the United States interacts with its allies and partners. But their wishful thinking of benefiting oneself at the expense of others has exploded, constantly targeting China and making it clear that they are willing to strengthen "alliance partner cooperation" at the cost of harming China's interests. China's attitude is very clear, firmly opposing the manipulation of group politics by * *, firmly opposing any practices that provoke and intensify conflicts, harm the strategic security and interests of other countries, and firmly opposing the establishment of closed and exclusive "small circles" in this region.
